Organizing a group of Perl Mongers can often feel like herding rabid tigers with nothing but a roll of used dental floss. Nevertheless, such mongerings are almost always enjoyable and frequently instructional events.
In this talk, I will present some ideas, techniques and success stories
for livening up local Perl Monger meetings. Many of these techniques
have been tried and tested over the last two year's worth of meetings with
the philadelphia perl mongers (phl.pm).
